12.20.05 : As part of its One by One Campaign for Children, Quixtar Inc. donates $2.2 million in gifts to NBC's Today Show Toy Drive. Managing Director Jim Payne appears on the Today Show to present the gift.

11.03.05 : Quixtar Inc. announces fiscal 2005 retails sales of $1.058 billion, the third consecutive year in which the company surpassed the billiondollar mark. In addition to revenue generated for quixtar.com, IBOs also drove a record $76 million in revenues for Quixtar's Partner Stores. For their business-building efforts, IBOs earned more than $345 million in bonuses and other incentives.

06.10.05 : Independent Business Owners (IBOs) powered by Quixtar helped the company once again reach its ranking as the top online retailer in the Health & Beauty (H&B) category and 14th overall based on Web sales in Internet Retailer's annual Top 400 Guide to the Web.

05.01.05 : Ken McDonald retires as Managing Director, after 28 years with the Alticor family of companies. Jim Payne, Executive Vice President – Alticor, adds to his responsibilities the position of Managing Director – Quixtar.
